“You know that place between sleep and awake, that place where you still remember dreaming? That’s where I’ll be waiting.”
J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan
It’s always hard to start, isn’t it? To choose the right words for the beginning. But let’s try anyway!
It all started with Instagram
As I really love writing and I miss it a lot, I’ve been thinking about starting a blog from quite a long time. But it always seemed to be not-a-very-good idea, since “the golden era” of blogs is definietely behind us. I’m always a bit late, I tend to begin something, when others end it. Let’s call it rebel, can we? It always sounds better 😀
Anyway, it was response on Instagram, that finally encouraged me to start a blog. Many people (at least in my opinion) seemed to be interested in it, so I just followed their voices (still hope that there haven’t been only voices in my head…). And that’s how it began 🙂
That’s a good question. I’ve been thinking about the blog’s name really long, trying to find something that connects all themes I have in mind. And finally I came to conclusion, that Neverland concept was always close to my heart. You know, everlasting fun, flying, fairies and stuff. Place that exists far far away. And all that “never grow up” thing. Cause if there is anything about which I’m certain in my life, it’s definitely this: I will never grow up!

Why Neverland? It’s this place in my head, where I always go to escape the world. It can be a lovely little street in a town I visited or just a couch in my room, with a book in one hand and coffee in another (and my cat on my knees; she’s always there if I wanted it or not, believe me). It may be also Hufflepuff common room, magical Rivendell or Tardis deck. Eveything is possible when you believe in feries, right?! 😉
What to expect here?
You can read more about that on About me page or through categories. I don’t know, into what direction this blog will follow in the future (if it WILL follow anywhere at all), but for now I’d like to share with you things I love. Things that help me make everyday life more magical. Some hobbies and interests, little cosy moments, lovely places, smaller and bigger adventures, as well as some parts of my worldview. They all create my personal way to Neverland 🙂
Shall we begin then?
“All children, except one, grow up…”
